The Multifoil Audit — last updated July 2026

Who we are

The Multifoil Audit is a trading name of [Jan Pospisil], an independent inspection and technical review service. Contact: review@multifoilaudit.co.uk.

What we collect

Enquiry details you submit through this site (name, company, email, job volume, products installed, region, and anything you add in the notes field); correspondence with us; and, for clients, the documents you choose to send for a review. Clients are asked to redact customer identities — we operate on a data-minimisation basis and do not need your customers' personal details for a documentation review.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

To respond to your enquiry and deliver engagements (performance of a contract, and steps taken at your request before a contract); and to keep professional records and defend legal claims (legitimate interests and legal obligation). We do not run marketing lists and will not add you to any newsletter.

Who sees it

The reviewer alone. The systems that host our website, form and email act as processors: Lovable Cloud/Supabase (enquiry form and database) and Google Workspace (email). Your information is never sold, and never shared with any manufacturer, insurer, trade body, claims management company or other client.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 12 months. Engagement source documents: deleted or returned within 30 days of report delivery, or earlier on request. Reports and the reviewer's working notes: retained confidentially for six years for professional record-keeping and insurance purposes, then securely destroyed.

International transfers

Our hosting providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards recognised by UK law.
